Business Coach/Estimator with over 35 years of experience in the residential construction field. He has practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, and roofing. He is our in-house specialist who completes estimates for clients and provides technical support and mentorship to contractors.

Sales Manager has over 30 years’ experience in the sales field. He knows the art of closing and a master at cold calling. He will teach our contractors how to prospect and close the sale.

Talent/ People Developer has over 10 years of experience with coaching individuals to live their lives to their full potential. Joyce will assist contractors in taking accountability for their actions and to map out a solid plan to grow their business.

Human Resource Generalists has over 20 years of experience and is able to ensure all contractors are adhering to all labor rules and regulations.

Michael has over 35 years of experience as a Developer of land, affordable housing, and general contractor. Mike can help contractors navigate the political jungle of Chicago, breaking through all the red tape.

She has over 12 years of managerial, administrative, marketing, and Customer Service Skills.
